Updated: I’ve been at this hand lettering thing for a few months now and learned a lot. I’ve now purchased from two other brands. I still think these are great value but I find myself going for the more “stiff” vs the super flexible and therefore I don’t use these as much. Now I would recommend that since these pins are mostly flexible, if you prefer a stiffer point then try another brand such as the original tombow pen.Also please please please do NOT use these(or any other calligraphy pens) on regular paper, it’s too rough and over time will ruin the point of your pens. I did not know this when I started and ruined the point on a few of these.Original review :I just begun lettering an calligraphy and I bought this set so I wouldn’t have to invest. I like variety of point and flexibility . I also like that they are refillable. I think they are good value but I don’t know about durable just yet but I’ll update if my opinion about them change

I was really excited when I found refillable brush pens. This is my first experience with this brand. I usually stick with my same brand however the fact of refill,price and variety of tip size really caught my eye. These brush pens have a extremely good quality feel while holding. The sizes are well marked. The brush pens wrote very smooth. Today was my first use and I'm pleased for the most part. I REALLY try to see the good in all. So a just a bit of drying time can go on top. Over all I would recommend giving them a try.

I'm new with this whole calligraphy stuff so I kabir I'm not quite good at it yet so I cant necessarily rate the quality I get from it because I'm still learning proper handling pressure, but what I can say is the pens brush on fairly easily. Nice glide aaaand motion. I feel like it's a bit stiff and could give a smoother flow after some break in possibly. But they work and I'll continue use. Good buy in my book.

Didn't work effectively

I got this for a friend who is starting to learn calligraphy and she said that she enjoys this set a lot as it makes things easier for her as a beginner. I have some pictures shown here to display the quality of the ink, and so far they look good.
