novice question. Will a schedule 40 PVC pipe fit inside the spigot, or do you need some kind of coupler?

I used the flange for a pvc railings on my pontoon hard top, 11/4 inch schedule 40 pvc fit nice and tight over flange. Hope this helps.

does this come with any gaskets? if not how do i find them?
