Sound Quality is great! It's going to break. I can tell you exactly where. Look at the product images. See the plastic part that says G430 on it. Gonna snap from the pressure of slight expanding to put them on your head.• First set I purchased was brand-new. Broke and was replaced within return period.• Replacement set broke after 6 months.• Refurbished one purchased as the price was good and other than that flaw the quality is great! 6 months later...The same part breaks. It does it on either side. It has screws, but the inner piece is easily replaced. The outer one that breaks is nearly impossible to replace even with a spare part at hand. Not that I do. They broke in the same place each time.Note: I used them for 12 hours a day on average. VoIP calls and meetings for work all day and gaming at night.Images are of 2 different sets that each broke in the same spot.

These were pretty good for a while after I got these: comfortable, good sound and mic quality, and long cord. After a while, the fabric on the cord started to bunch up around the switch attached to the cord, leaving part of the wire permanently bent and exposed. A while later, the ear cups started to fall apart. I ended up having to get a whole new headset because this became unusable.

I’m not sure if many people know this but for me this is undoubtably the best headset ever made. It’s a shame logitech discontinued them for the G432( which is a terrible headset imho, hugeeee downgrade)It’s a shame Logitech discontinued these.The cable is braided and anti-tangle, it’s also super long so you can walk across your room without taking the headphones off, the mic is loud and clear, and the sound is crystal clear as well

Sound is great but they are tight on the head and heavy. I am going bald from the spot where they sit. Also, after a year and 1 month the swivel point broke so now I have to replace them. While they were renewed they were not worth the money. Should have bought something better and new.

I got this as a gift for a friend but ended up by accident getting here two. I took the spare and I have been using it for about two weeks and...the sound quality is pretty good but..the comfort not so much as after a while the ear pads started to feel off on my ears and I had to take them off for a short moment (a few seconds) then put them back onOther then the minor ear pad issue they are great!

I have owned these headphones before, they are some of the best I have ever had for the price. I decided to buy these refurbished for my brother. I ran into an issue that I did not encounter with my new pair. The headset does not work without the adapter. It only works with the USB dongle which isn't really a problem for me since I was planning on using it anyway, but it might be a problem for some.

it sounds really good works very good one thing you gotta make sure is you keep the microphone and stereo plugs in the usb converter that comes with it if it slips out or is incorrect on placement of it it will cause the sound quality to go down some so far it works good i did have to update driver some on it and get some software to utilize the suround sound capabilities so what i did was i downloaded logitech gaming software and its working fine and i can turn the suround sound on or off

I bought my G430 new and continue to love it. I bought one of these "renewed" units for a friend and while there was very little physical blemishes, the unit stank of cigarette smoke. The smell dissipated over time but was disappointing to experience none the less. Because of the difficulties in shipping (international) I didn't look at getting it exchanged and I never contacted the seller to get it rectified. Otherwise, this is an awesome headset.

This is the second headset I have purchased from Logitech, exact same model, and unfortunately the EXACT same thing occurred. The plastic piece on each side above the earpiece are extremely brittle and it completely shattered when attempting to simply place them back on my head after stepping away.The exact same thing has occurred with the previous and first purchase of this item. I thought it was me being too hard and rough with them however after having this set for only 3 months, I can not tell it is an issue with the product. At this point I would love to rate this product higher, however, I have purchased cheaper head sets that are no name brands and had no issues with them breaking. It is sad, i was hoping to get an upgrade in quality but only found disappointment.Would love for the manufacturer or someone to contact me about this.

The 1 star is for the refurbished headset. Not the Logitech G430 itself. The headset is clearly used, with scruffs throughout and dirty pads. Gross. The mic does not work. Ive tried everything and im being told by people on the other end they can hear static but not me. I would stick to buying new for a little more. Super dissapointed with this purchase.

This headset uses a usb sound card dongle that comes with it to run surround and the mixer and what not. My headset came with some knock off dongle that does not allow me to use the proper drivers or surround. Otherwise the headset seems fine real bummer I'm going to have to find an actual logitech dongle somewhere now.

Great style headphone with mute built into wire. Much cheaper to buy reconditioned. Been through a number of these headphones as they break over time from use, but keep going back to for comfort. They last OK but obviously but would like to last forever.

This product while not the top of the range is still good/easy to wear and set up and connects easily to pc,xbox controller,mobile phone and tv. It does what it is supposed to do, sits reasonably comfortable on the ears clear voice , clear communication. good for the price.
