quite happy although was a little apprehensive since demo is not offered for x800. best thing is it does wet mopping along with vacuum so perfect for indian homes. compared to previous models also does systematic cleaning after mapping so the whole home can be cleaned on one charge

Entirely Chinese!
Received the package. Entire manual is in Chinese. Considering returning the item. Difficult to use translating apps to translate every word.

Had problems with the Charging station machine was not charging and never returned tonits home properly. English language is not supported which is big draw back.

Good for Sweeping, not great for stains on floor
I have been using the X800 for 2 months now and writing this review after daily usage during the same time. My thought on the product are as belowGood:1. Very good at sweeping. Does a good job of mapping the layout of the house. Initial 2-3 runs had some issues but seems to be learning the layout after that.2. Battery life is good and takes about 80-90 mins of sweeping floor to drain.3. Dust storage is quite big and you can empty once in 2-3 days depending on size of house.4. works quite fast. Sweeps my 2000 sqft apartment in around 70 mins.5. Returns to charging station after sweeping house. No manual intervention reqd. in 99% of times.(got stuck in wire only 1 day)Bad:1. This can work over thick carpet but gets stuck in thin carpets or bed runners.2. The App to control the device is not available on Indian App Store. You need to download from Chinese app store or get it from Ilife Support(They are quite responsive and helpful)3. The default language for audio is Chinese and unfortunately cannot be changed.4. App is a bit laggy and will sometime disconnect from the device and show it as offline.5. All manual is in Chinese. No English whatsoever. Ilife gave me soft copy of English manual after 7-8 days of purchase.Ugly:1. If you have kids at home and they like doing crafts on floor, this will not help to scrub off any glue or similar sticky substance. Keep your Mop around.2. Plastic part specially the cover for the bottom roller brush is very flimsy. It broke within 7 days of purchase. NO WARRANTY on ANY PLASTIC PART. i had to purchase another cover for additional 999. Usage has to be done very carefully.Overall this is a good device for sweeping and general mopping, not for removing stains or sticky spills on floor. Works wonders if you have a pet at home who sheds hair.4 Star for the device, only major flaw to be fixed is the quality of the plastic part, otherwise a good device to have with floor mapping and great sweeping power, regular mopping function being a bonus feature.
