WOW! Such a well made tool.
Two weeks previous I had researched and had narrowed my choices down to either the Lincoln 1162 Air Operated Grease Gun or the DeWalt DCGG571M1 20V Cordless Grease Gun. I ordered the Lincoln thinking it was the better value. I was wrong! The Lincoln was awful.I returned it and did some more research and ordered this LockNLube Dual-Shot... I can't believe how happy I am with this grease gun! Right out of the box I could tell it was well made. It also included the LockNLube coupler, which is a true joy to use. Also included is a tool oiler (a nice touch that I will use elsewhere), a nice long hose with a swivel that prevents hose twists and binds... I didn't think too much of the swivel at first, but after some use of the grease gun the swivel makes a lot sense and makes greasing much easier. The one shot or continuous shots switch is easy to use and the trigger is very controllable. I've had no problem controlling the delivery of grease, it's easy and very predictable. The dual-action plunger rod works great, being able to lock the plunger to the rod really helps bleed grease tubes that have several air pockets trapped inside. The bleeder valve is clean to use, I just poke the ball down with a screwdriver tip or whatever is handy and the air escapes. When some grease comes out its ready. Piece of cake! Lastly, a super thoughtful feature is the storage nipple... when done I just lock the LockNLube coupler onto the nipple and I hang the grease gun up by its looped hose. Truly a well designed and well thought out tool.

I hate grease guns
Anybody tell you I hate grease guns? They are messy and difficult to load and often don't work. I've thrown a few across the yard in frustration. This time, I decided to order an air powered grease gun with a 14 oz cartridge. The Lock and Load gun looks sturdy and has a good design. The hose is longer than usual, the tip grabs the zirc fitting, and this is good. It did not relieve the messy and frustrating loading procedure however. This gun still needs you to void the air pocket before it will work, via a screw to relieve pressure, fall out, and begin squirting grease all over. Well, I got it to work and didn't throw it across the yard. Once it is working, it seems to work well and is reliable.I still haven't figured out the lubrication mechanism, though. I think you have to have a squirt tube to get the oil inside, not a bottle like I have. I ended up getting air compressor oil in the usual way, a few drops in through the air fitting.Overall, the company is a good vendor and seems willing to help, with timely delivery and good customer support.

Never thought I'd be excited about a grease gun
Even during my years as a professional mechanic I didn't buy the high-end tools unless there was a need that couldn't be resolved any other way. My middle of the road tools that I bought 30+ years ago still serve me well to this day and did so just as well as the high-end stuff at a fraction of the cost. Needless to say I struggled with the less expensive grease guns over the years getting the air pockets bled out and keeping the grease coupler connected to the grease fitting. I realized that the tiny grease gun I had wasn't going to do well with the EZ-Lube fittings on my trailer axles so I started looking at larger alternatives. After looking at many grease guns I saw this one and it immediately caught my attention. Locking grease coupler and air powered that not only did single shot but continuous which are features that are very valuable for the task at hand. The reviews were super positive so I bought it and it didn't disappoint. The grease gun's features and build quality are excellent, the setup instructions are simple to follow and well-written. To my amazement the grease gun worked exactly as described, making short work of repacking my trailer axle bearings. One thing to mention is that all the couplings attached to the grease hose are threaded on finger tight so you'll want to make sure those are tight before using the grease gun. Great product!

DO NOT BUY! It is ABSOLUTE USELESS JUNK!
I would give it a ZERO star rating if I could. I have owned this grease gun for about 2 years. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST GREASE GUN I HAVE EVER TRIED TO USE! When I first got it I tried for hours on numerous occasions to get it to work before just hanging it on the wall where it has spent most of its time. I have been able to get it to pump a little more than a half of a tube of grease the entire time I have owned it. This is junk. I am so frustrated with working on it for an hour to get it to pump and then it stops pumping after one or two shots of grease and will not stay primed. It will pump about one or two shots of grease and then loses its prime. I finally lost it with this useless piece of junk yesterday after wasting about an hour trying to get it to work. I never did get it to work so I am throwing it in the trash. Don't waste your time or money on this junk. If you are looking at buying this grease gun look at another brand. Any other brand because this one is a total waste of time and money.

Almost Perfect
This worked very well once I had it together. It IS easy to load and use. If I have one complaint, the LockNLube Grease Coupler is too wide to fit through some of the access ports on my backhoe so I need some kind of extender. I have read several reviews here about two-man loading or difficulty loading. Either they have redesigned it or these guys don't know how to load a grease gun. The model I received loads just like every other grease gun I have used, simple.

Because You Need 2 Know
My backhoe has tons of Zerks and drinks grease. It was a chore to disconnect the standard grease gun from the Zerks. I saw this LockNLube and tried it. I will never go back! It cuts the greasing time big time. It connects and more importantly disconnects quickly! Hands down the best grease gun made.
