I received Twisted as an ARC and oh my goodness it was phenomenal. TWISTED - what an appropriate title for Ryan's book. Helen Hardt has added so many more twists into the Steel brother's saga with this one, more than I thought possible. The investigation into Talon's abduction only becomes more mysterious, but all the clues are finally coming together.I love the story of Ryan and Ruby, it is intense, hot and sexy, but it is also sweet at the same time. Ryan is certainly proving himself to be the alpha male I always thought him to be. While Ryan and Ruby both struggle with their lineage, the feelings that they have for each other only deepen and strengthen.There are so many layers to this story. just when you think that you're starting to work out some of the answers - BOOM!!!!! You are led down a totally different path. This series has it all, murder, mystery, suspense, struggles and love. Once again this book ends on a CLIFFHANGER, and it is definitely a massive one!!!!All I can say is roll on February 2018, when UNRAVELED is released - the finale to this EPIC series. This series MUST be read in strict order. I have loved the Steel Brothers Saga from the beginning and I wanted to 10 star love this continuation of Ryan's story.While I loved the mystery and how things are really starting to come together as we begin to get to the conclusion of the story, Ryan's actions in this story left me wanting to slap him and say "Snap out of it" through most of the book. I know that unless you go through what he is going through, it is hard to judge his actions. I understand him mistrusting Ruby and his siblings for going behind his back...I understand this completely. What I don't understand is feelings about the secret that was revealed. It is hard to say why I was angry with Ryan without throwing a spoiler or two but I felt he was particularly hard on his siblings who had absolutely nothing to do with that secret. Blame the actors (parents) but your siblings who have been there your whole life and have shown you nothing but love and support should not have to pay for those actions perpetrated by the parents.He comes around in the end which made me happy because Ryan was fast becoming my favorite Steel. I love Ruby and how she is coming into her own, with Ryan, with her own hidden sexuality and with her past.

One book for $8 and it only goes to 50% so I can get a freebie of another saga from this author..fine... I'll accept that.. but now the very next book and same thing..55% and same book for free again.... Now Come on.. I've already spent more on this series then I ever have any other bc it has a wonderful storyline.. but more than half this book already I had to skip pages cause these 2 had more sex then any other yet.. more sexual pages then anything.. now I'm starting to get pissed... I understand u gotta make money but if u gonna cheat us on books that only goto 50% u could atleast make the "free" book at the last half of this one a different one!!! Once u get past the sex these 2 had in this book and the repeat prologue from last book wasn't much story left to tell... Seriously considering NOT continuing this SAGA.. bet I already got it figured out anyway..😤

Another chapter in the Steel Brother saga… I was surprised to see at all the twist that come into this family, when you think all that could happened occurred in Shattered, I had to gasp.  To see how Ryan and Ruby come together, the connection these two have is unbelievable.  Ryan say something in Ruby that she did not see in herself.  They bring out the best in each other, they are each other’s rock.  This is a great series and one I that as soon as the books were available for pre-order, I ordered.  I would highly suggest this series to anyone that likes romance and suspense. Bring on Unraveled.

I’m very disappointed. Second book in a row to only be half a book and that’s a short story. I’ve spent more than enough money to read this book through and feel like it has been drawn out too long. There was no need for it to continue in so many books. I didn’t pay to read a new book written by the author half way though the book. To be honest it feels like a con and I’m going to have to stop reading this series now. Also I wanted to add that the writer although has a varied imagination is very repetitive. I am actually getting bored of the sex scenes. Bad bad writer!

I am loving the story but I've read the book in three days and I have to get the next one .. All these books could have been compiled into 4 good ones but now i.have to buy book number 9... .. I love the easy read and the story line is great.. You do have to read the books in order and you can't miss any so make sure you start at the beginning...I do wish I could meet a steele i.would love to be treated like a queen

Enough already!! All these books do is repeat things over & over and never really advance the story. It's REALLY frustrating to anticipate a book, devour it and still feel no further ahead with the story. I'm starting to feel that we'll never get to the bottom of things. Having to wait 2 months for the next book is so unfair and I'm really starting to get the feeling that the author is going to continue with these cliffhanging endings and months of waiting.

I don’t believe this. Another good story spoilt by ripping off the reader. Ended on a cliffhanger at 55% then as a conciliation a bonus story Tempting Dusty. I don’t want to read a bonus story promoting the Temptation saga by the same author. This is marketing madness. So over 8 books, two books ending at 55% and one book ending 70%.The Steele Brothers Saga is captivating but because of the scandalous manipulation of readers I have given this a 3* rating.There should be a warning on the description before purchase that for £4.99/book you only get to read half a book. BE WARNED READERS!

Again the story falls short and not the full length novel I expected on purchase, ending at 60%. leaving the reader on a cliff hanger, this and the next short book could of easily been one novel. I paid 4.99 for this and there was no indication in the blurb that there was another story. My advice to readers is check the contents page.the plot continued taking baby steps, long and drawn out I was getting so annoyed, the riddles were doing my head in, by the end I felt I was o further forward in thee story.
