So I’m writing this review from a hard core gamers perspective. The case looks great and indeed comes with 30 games, Mario 3 is not one of the but there are the two original Mario and Mario brothers games. Playing on the case takes some getting used to as the buttons are on a bit on the stuff side. Resolution is just like the original game boy and to be honest and am considering on getting the device hacked and possibly customizing my game selection. I just received the case so I’m unsure of the games are the full game and not a level or two repeated. I will be updating my review in the next coming days to give more details. For now I will be playing with and looking into my new case, cool buy for $20. 👍🏼

The media could not be loaded.  Very upset. I really wanted this case for a long time. I ordered two cases. One for me and my bf. Both cases play by itself. Waste of money because you can’t even play the games. Don’t bother buying.

I wanted to like this thing. I really did. I got it for my iPhone 8Plus in Black. It comes with all the games advertised. Screen is great, I took off the plastic cover. It came with no directions and a USB plug. It's pretty obvious how to plug it in.The first major problem? The hole for the lightning cable is too small. I've tried 4 different cables, Apple, Anker, 2 other generics; none of them fit in the hole enough to stay hooked up. One small vibration will unplug the recharging cable because the case cover hole is too small.The second problem that makes this thing unusable. No screen protection. I have a Glas-T screen cover on mine. However, the lip of the phone cover barely sits above the phone screen. Expect your screen cover to shatter and your screen to crack if you ever drop this thing.As much as I like playing 1942, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and other great games, the 2 main issues with this cover case makes it unusable for me.

I bought the black gameboy case to compliment my iPhone XR in jet black! When I finally recieved the case the screen was all scratched up and the case had minor scratches (near the button areas)as if the gameboy case was second-hand used by a kitty cat.(Tip: feel free to remove the clear screen protector film from the corner of the case before using)I later messaged the seller afterwards about the visible and minor flaws on the product and was wondering if I can get a replacement. The seller was extremely helpful and understanding with my concern. She resolve my issue by refunding 25% of my original purchase and let me keep my gameboy case! Satisfaction guaranteed! 5/5 rating from me!The games are pretty cool as well and it’s in bright colors with the throwback gaming sound effects! I like playing games that are in color instead of in black console color. But the sound can be annoying and plays at random when the power pushed for a more than 3 seconds.Overall, this gameboy case is super cool along with the amazing the customer service by VOLMON!

So as far as a case, this probably will protect your phone if it lands on the back side but could probably shatter the smaller screen that the case comes with. If it lands on the front, I'm not so sure. It is pretty much flush with the phones screen at least on the iPhone 7 Plus version. There might be a millimeter of an offset. My other complaint is that the hole for the charging port is smaller than I think it should be. It fits the standard lighting charger but if you have a third party cord that is slightly bigger, it doesn't fit in all the way. WITH ALL OF THAT BEING SAID:If you're wanting this just as a cool thing to play with if you're tired of scrolling Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok or whatever this phone case is awesome. It totally shouldn't be on the market because Nintendo will definitely be trying to hit them with a copyright claim before too long if they can nail down the manufacturer in China. Super cute. I got the pink one. Still protects phone. This is a cute novelty case. I read reviews about it only have 9 games instead of the 36 it’s advertised with. It does have 36. You just have to scroll side to side.
