COPASLIP 500g

I used this on the threads on my mtb pedals on my e-bike, I used this on pedals, my last set of pedals threads were rusted/binded together (natures locktight;) and took a huge amount of force to undo them with an allen bolt, so much so the hex bolt head was semi-damaged and ruined the allen bolt head end rendering the bolt/threads useless for the pedals to refit them. I bought new set of pedals that had a hex allen bolt head and used this copper grease on the threads, it worked a treat and I now use this for periodic maintenance of the threads. This stuff acts like a barrier to two dissimilar kinds of metals and so prevents a binding of the threads (galvanic reaction that causes damage to dissimilar metals eg steel and aluminium), this stuff goes a long way so use a small amount with a tiny paint brush or with nitrile gloved finger. I have found it useful for this purpose. Pedal removal is easy now,no force needed!. I wish I knew about this copper grease before, I recommend this for the above reasons. Pedals now remove so smoothly without too much force. Easily recommended. This should last for ages, and is worth having for the easy of use of protecting threads. I also used this on the axle threads on my hub motor, to aid removal of the nuts that holds the wheel in the dropouts. It helps maintaining my bike in general. ps not for other lubrication purposes! Do some reasearch on copaslip/ copper grease. (it's an interesting read).

Good quality copper grease. I was worried it might leak in transit after reading some other reviews but the tin arrived sealed with no spills at all. Securely packaged and great value for money. Works exactly as expected.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto in quanto spesso sostituisco le pastiglie dei freni delle mie moto o auto,mi serve per eliminare i fischi dovuti dalle vibrazioni tra pastiglia e pistoncino questo grasso è l'ideale per le alte temperature dei freni ,va bene anche per i raccordi a morsetto delle marmitte perfetto lo consiglio ottima qualità.
