Jewelili 10kt Gold Three Stud Earrings set with Round Cut Swarovski Zirconia (3.5cttw)

I really love these earrings. Shiny, beautiful, and looks like the real thing... but the backings that I received are not screw backs. It's the regular push back earring post and a plastic nub behind it. The metal post become loose almost instantly so be careful and attentive. I asked customer service how come they are claiming it's a screw back (product description states screw back) but it isn't? but, no one seems to understand. They just wanted to offer me a replacement or refund.
