I am redoing a dining room set and the chairs are heavy wood. I got these to protect my floor and help the chairs slid better. They did the trick for that. The nails are pretty wimpy though. I bent a couple since I was nailing them into hardwood. It's best to use a cloth as a buffer and make sure you hit the center of the plastic piece when nailing or they will bend and can't be used. I bought some extras and glad I did since I'm going to need them for all my chairs.

These were just what I was looking for to replace the leg protectors on my wicker patio furniture

Put these on kitchen chairs on tile floor 2 months ago. Hardly any wear. Chairs already had holes from prior slides and these would not stay in. Filled holes with plastic wood and had to pretrial new holes to secure these to the bottom of the chairs.

I did drill a small starter hole before tapping them in but depending on the chail leg it's probably not necessary.

Used for legs on a chair and on the underside of a cabinet so it is easily to move! Very easy to install! I will be putting them on other furniture items as well!

These slider glides are awesome! The dining chairs had been so hard to move on the ceramic tile floor and they also made a horrible noise. After putting these glides on the bottom of the chair legs, the chairs moved easily and do not make any noise. We also have 2 extra heavy "colonial type" bar chairs that are so hard to move that we rarely sat on them. We also put the DHS gliders on the bottom of these chairs and it made an enormous different for the better. I also like getting 50 pieces. I think I will have other opportunities to use them besides on chair legs.

Arrived early (Prime!). Installed to replace some old worn chair glides. Amazingly good! Chairs slide nicely and quietly on wood laminate flooring. Mounting screws could be a little larger but by using a bit of glue (Goop) in the existing hole everything worked out just fine. We'll see how long they last. I have a six dining room chairs that also need new glides. Will more than likely use these! Thanks for a good product.Update: re-ordered as this product was so good. Order was in my hands within 24 hours. Again, KUDOS to the vendor. I will definitely buy from them again! They also have a lot of hard to find cabinet hardware. A wonderful find on Amazon!
