Not as original as her first album
Ellie is such an amazingly talented lady and has been incredibly prolific in output since her debut album "Lights" was released in 2010. Compared to that album, this one sounds more highly produced, with less conventional instrumentation. Highlights for me are the singles Army, Love Me Like You Do, and Something In The Way You Move (should have been a huge hit). Ellie has grown in confidence, no doubt due to the massive success of her second album Halcyon and deluxe version Halcyon Days. I must admit though that I do prefer the indie/folk/electro-pop of early singles Starry Eyed, Guns and Horses and The Writer. Those songs used acoustic guitar and piano in the mix and were more instantly memorable than some of the album tracks on Delirium, however this is a good album and is well worth a listen.

Great!
I'd never really heard much about Ellie Goulding until a few months ago when i heard 'Army' played on the radio- and loved it... took a gamble and got the album- in the end someone got a copy for me!- but anyway, I am glad I have it as it is nice to listen to someone new- to me- and I think it's really good- demonstrating Ellie is both a talented singer and song writer- the album has 16 tracks, and well worth a listen- the tracks that I think are the best are 1. 5/5, 2. 4.5/5/5, 9. 10. and 13. Army 5/5, 14.4.5/5... catchy and enjoyable- I would definitely look to buying any future work from Ellie- she deserves the recognition she has.

Love Ellie
It surprises me that I am a fan of Ellie Goulding because my music taste is so different typically but she is great and this is an amazing album

Fans of Bright Lights will love this
Those of you who preferred Bright Lights to Halcyon Days will love this album. A return to the more pop style. Only two rubbish songs. 'I do what I love' and 'Army' are both utterly terrible, the rest of the album is superb. Totally recommend it
