Useful information, and delicious recipes.
So funny story...I was down with the flu and when I wasn't sleeping I started binge watching Dr. Oz. (strange I know, but I plead fever,and delusion). He was touting the need for B12 and suggested Nutritional yeast which I had never heard of,so I bought some of that. Then of course they were plugging the book, so I bought that. Got to love Amazon Prime. Remember I was sick so I had a lot of time to read,so I read the whole book, as I was inspired to keep off the weight I had lost while being sick. This is perhaps the only GOOD thing about this darn flu.I like the conversational tone of the book, (especially since nobody really wanted to talk to me and be subjected to germs and listen to me cough) and the information is explained pretty thoroughly. I didn't strictly follow the 21 day plan, but I did add some things to my diet I hadn't been eating,and I got more ideas for recipes. I have been trying to eliminate processed food from my diet,and I think this helped me take it up a notch. I wish the recipe prep part was written in a step by step rather than paragraph form. It would just be easier to follow in steps. I loose my place in the paragraph.I am well now and have continued to eat "fix it foods". I do notice a difference in my stamina now that I finally got my strength back. I am also forcing myself to eat in the mornings and it does keep me much more lever throughout the day. I will continue to use the recipes and reference the book.

Great book, Poor construction
This seems to be a great book. I had my book for one day it started to fall apart at the center of the book. My suggestion get the hard cover not the paperback. Four stars for the content, one star taken off for the construction. I prefer paper back books over hard cover. I’ve purchased numerous paper back books, especially from Amazon, and none have ever fallen apart, just this one🤷🏻♀️

Love this book, fresh new (to me) recipes.
This book has taught me nothing new about food, diet, etc., yet I give it four stars for two reasons. 1. The recipes, I lean towards Mediterranean eating and this book has some of the best recipes I've seen in a long time! Broccoli Bean soup (it's a smooth wonderful puree), Chickpea Burger, Citrus Fuel Smoothie (oh my heavens, it's getting hot here in SoCal, this is MOST refreshing and he doesn't add in powder to the smoothies, it's all natural whole foods). 2. The 3 Day Cleanse...I am not a "cleanse" person, mostly because they are so out there but again he uses real whole foods, yes, you actually have foods that require chewing and I love what he writes about this cleanse, "...feeding your organs a strong doze of healthy foods and zero doses of unhealthy ones..."

Good information on clean eating
This is a super great starting book for snyone wsnting to try clean eating. Great information. I call it the bible of clean eating. Alot of nutritional information.

I love Dr. Oz and usually purchase the books he writes. As I have a strong background in medical sciences, I found this one to be a little too simple for the kind of information I was looking for. But, the idea of the book is wonderful. What a concept---- don't eat things that upset the condition you have and eat the foods that help the condition you have. Gee, popping a pill is just not always the best idea....

Such a Divine Gift for Mind, Body, & Spirit...So comprehensive, clearly illustrated and organized for user-friendly use...Is an excellent loving gift to share with others...I have ordered apprx. 7+ copies to share with others...Thank You Dr. Oz....So much Gratitude that you are on this planet...Empowering & Up leveling the energy...So much fun sharing info. & recipes..(The book cover was smudged due to no wrapping of any kind, shipped with another item that was cellophane wrapped...Had to change out book cover from my personal copy, to put on new book which was to be given as a gift.I recommend some type of wrapping on books.)

Highly recommend this book - straight information in detail which is easy to understand & use in everyday life and some receipes. No mumbo jumbo. Get it or regret it.

I love this book
I love this book! It is written in a way that you learn and have fun at the same time. I highly recommend it if you want to learn how to improve your eating habits and food choices!

Very interesting information
The book in itself very well written and informative but the recepees are not exactly to my liking. I do not eat cheese and there seems to be cheese most of the recepees
