Lovely board executed with inadequate attention to detail
I've only just unwrapped this board and the surface of the wood is already peeling. Thinking about sanding it but not sure if that's a good idea for something I intend to use for food prep. Very disappointed.

Not advertised correctly it says is 1" think when it is not.
See first photo says 1" think in description when is more like 3/4". It does look nice and seems good but I hoping quailty is better than the description.
