This thread is quite nice. I use mostly for my junk journals to add some interest and nice threading to pages or for binding. There is plenty of it on there so it should last long. Quality is good for my use.

Just what I needed to make my crocheted jewelry. It is fine enough to go through small beads and soft enough to lay nice. It will unravel but I just dip the end in glue every time I make a cut. It is strong as wire, but lays nicer. I an we’ll pleased with purchase.

They are a good color and strong. They fray easily so you may want to put a little glue on the end

I love this 0.5 mm diameter metallic thread or cord. I am reordering it now and have ordered both the multi-color and the solid silver and gold. I normally prefer natural fibers for crochet, but this gives crochet motifs a special zing. It is NOT stretchy, but it is sturdy. I use a drop of fray-check on cut ends to keep it from unraveling and allow me to use needle for weaving in ends b/c it does unravel w/out this. I think white glue would also suffice. I do this as soon as I cut an end. The motif w/blue edges combines 0.5 mm nylon knotting cord w/the metallic thread. I use my grandmother's steel crochet hooks, size 3 or 4. It is important when you buy thread or cord to look at the diameter. Don't buy if it doesn't give this info b/c that is a key element of purchase. I return items that are not as described and always look for that option (free returns) before I purchase.

It’s strong and shiny. Pleasant to touch as far as anything metallic goes, without a doubt. However, I’m making fringe and was hoping I’d get more out of it. The images you see are of approximately one foot long with two layers of crochet-top DIY fringe. The second one is folded in half, so it’s basically four layers. I’d gladly use it if it provided significantly more for the same price, but at this rate I’m going nowhere. I’ll use serger thread and see how it goes. If you have smaller projects this is great stuff
