Denise Austin - Hips Thighs & Buttocks [VHS]

I am on my third vhs tape and would buy a dvd if one was made. I bought my first tape in 1991 and if I do the exercises 3-4 times a week I see results within two weeks. The most notable result is in your buns. I don't do the cool down so the tape only takes me about 22 minutes to do. I know the exercises by heart so don't watch the tape - I just listen to it. But, if you want a good laugh just watch the dark haired lady on Denise's right. She is always looking away from the camera and then you can tell that the cameraman tells her to look ahead and smile.

Bought this years ago and (stupidly) gave it away. Bought it again, have used it for a month, and I can see the difference. Who cares if the hairstyles and music are dated? The workout works. None of the exercises gets to the point where you think "I can't take this anymore". And Denise Austin knows just when to say the right words of encouragement.

I purchased this video to replace the original I had from the 80's. I do the video every week. The picture quality of the Amazon video was not as was advertised. The picture flips and I have to use the tracking on my video machine to stop it. The picture quality was a disappointment.

I received this tape and tried it in my VCR and it didn't work. So I assumed it was my VCR (afterall who uses a VCR nowadays!). So today a year and a half later I had to put another VCR tape in my VCR and that tape worked. So it ends up the Denise Austin tape is messed up because the VCR just keeps ejecting it over and over again. All in all, I was sold a defective VCR tape.

Awesome video... Real Results. Used this yrs ago when I was younger with great results. Lost the tape. Ordered a new one and transferred to dvd to use now. All I can say is try it....

This is also a replacement tape. Mine got old and doesn't work. It has helped me lose 50 pounds in over 8 months.Its a little hard at first but than you get use to it.

ひとまず、エクササイズビデオとしての基本はOK（他でも書いたんですが）これも案の定80年代のトレーニングエアロビクスビデオ（家庭向け）まんまです。数人のインストラクターが床の上で手本というヤツ。 あえて文句をつけるならば・・・輸入扱いで買うかどうかは、デニス・オースティンの名前で特集してみたいかどうかであります。 画質を考えると上質ではないんで。（値段はそれほどでないから、とにかくデニスの名前でこだわるかどうか） （古いソースを転写した可能性が有る。内容的に古さを感じるので間違いないでしょう。ソース自体が画質を意識していないと思われる） 無論、これは英語のみですから、英語が苦手だったらとにかく画面を見て正しく行わないと駄目でしょう。
