This lock replaced another U-lock that I had for about 10 years. This lock combination has four digits (0000-9999), which translates into 10,000 possible combinations. The total length is just under 13.75 inches. I suspend it from my handlebars with cable ties, so it is very easy to transport. Maximum locking distance is 11.25 inches, with a bar to bar length of three inches, so it fits over my mountain bike tires. Unlike my previous lock, this one comes with a coating over the metal, to help prevent scratches on your bike. As for security, no lock is totally fool-proof, and a determined professional thief can steal any bike. I park my bike inside my home at night, so my main use is just for occasional, short stops on my bike route, so security is not really much of an issue for me. I hope this review helps.

Bought two of these because they're like a foot long. They're working great for my electric scooters. I'm not sure how they'll hold up over time in the elements but so far I'm very satisfied.

Who writes these descriptions??? Said motorcycle u lock yes I should have measured the width but not every customer is that savvy. it doesn’t fit like the pic because it’s 2 inches wide what motorcycle tire is 2”? Then a thief can just unscrew the bottom and reset it total fail junk!

Do not do not buy this item your bike will get stolen, I have no doubt my mind extremely poor design!!!!

I love the shape of this lock (extra long) but the body just seemed too cheap and flimsy - so I returned it. Saving $20 isn't worth losing your bike...

This lock is strong enough to protect my bikes .Recently a thief cut my cable locks but couldn't get this lock. I had both on .

Muy incómodo y pesado, nada practico si lo que quieres es llevarlo encima para atar tu bici o patinece electrico. Sin embargo, para motocicleta si lo veo útil porque da igual que pese al ir dentro del sillin de la misma.
