I purchased this for my father several years back as he likes to watch videos before bed. He is on his second one only because it was ran over by a piece of furniture lol. Otherwise he would have had the same one I guarantee it. He can't go without it lol. He refused any other brand and so we specifically purchased this one again. It's sturdy and flexible but not flimsy or stiff. I've had one previously where you had to really work hard to bend it and get it to that comfortable positioning. Once it's on your neck, it stays in place. The size is perfect and it's cool that you can place your phone in it horizontally or vertically. Great product.

This is a great product! I am severely physically disabled with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. I bought this because it is sometimes difficult to reposition enough to see my SMART TV. I thought what heck. It works great! I can use my cable TV app to watch TV. I can watch a movie with the VUDU app. And they can use a charger cable while my phone is in this device. It's so exciting. The reason I gave this product only 4 stars out of 5 is that it had no directions and I had to post a question on the Amazon product page. I did not find this device heavy nor did I find that it made me sore, but I only tried in my bed. This device adjusts very easily, but I caution against bending it all the time because of possible metal fatigue. So I might get another for when I'm in my wheelchair.

Once I got this bent the correct direction it was very easy to use. It feels nice on my neck and seems sturdy enough when sitting. I haven't tried walking around with it mostly because of my biggest issue...my phone does not sit very securely in the holder. Now I do have my phone in a case but it is not a super bulky case (it does not interfere with any other holder or the wireless charger). With the case my phone barely stays in...if I want to charge my phone while using it, it pops right out. I don't think I should have to take my expensive smart phone out of the protective case to use this. Also, my phone is not small but also not super large (Samsung Galaxy s9+) and it feels like the arm that pulls out to put your phone in is stretched to it's max. If your phone is larger in length than mine, I doubt this will work. If you have a bulky case and want to leave your phone in the case while using this, I doubt it will work. If you plan on being active at all (anything beyond sitting) I would question the stability of this. This is a great idea just could be executed a little better. I gave it 3 stars because while sitting and not charging my phone it works good but if I move to much my phone pops out (due to not fitting well because of the case).

Great product this , i wasnt sure when I ordered this if it would work but it does , you just get it out the box shape it to your preferred position and that’s it , this product is perfect for when your lounging around or could even be handy when your busy with your hands but still want to look at your phne

Really good product!

Thought I would use it more but I think it’s best for Travel trains planes automobiles.I have only used it sometimes in bed which works very well.
