My son's doctor wanted him to take a B12 supplement. He's had some difficulty taking B12 in the past, so we thought a liquid supplement might make it easier to start with a very small amount and work up to a full dose. The flavor is good (not too sweet or strong-tasting) and the supplement is easy to take. The only recommendation I'd have is that the dropper should have indicators of various dose levels. We had to use another dropper we had to measure out smaller doses when we were working up to a full dose.

At first I took the 25 drops but it bothered my stomach. So I started with half and worked my way up. I have not had any more problems with it since. I recommend this product.
