Review: Made it right! - Had an issue with the order and the seller stepped forward and made it right at his expense even though I think desertcart should have stepped up because it was their system that appeared to have messed up. Really appreciate it and did I mention how yummy the stone crab was??!!! YUM! Will order again next year for sure.
Review: It was Hot - When the package was delivered it was 75 degrees in the box and it smelled really really bad they were not going to ate anytime by us not sure when the cold packs melted but they were all done and the claws were not even in a bag they were just laying on a piece of cardboard

Had an issue with the order and the seller stepped forward and made it right at his expense even though I think Amazon should have stepped up because it was their system that appeared to have messed up. Arrived in about a week, frozen. Given the effect freezing has on stone crabs they were OK but not up to the standards of fresh crab claws
