Plan on going to google to finish the repair. I also destroyed the backing while removing. Factory glue is intense. Found a cheap backing on amazon and then needed a speaker as it was also destroyed in the repair. I might have melted it when I used the heat gun. Very hard repair. Plan on spending your weekend and buy a backing ahead of time. The trick is getting your fingernail in there and i used a guitar pick. playing card nor the tool did the trick for me. Still, overall, happy.
