The 20-count pack is $14.99. So for Fresh Scent pads it is cheaper to buy the 40-count package. **Q: Is this product any good?** A: They are good. Not as good as the breeze brand but for the price and the fact I can’t find the breeze pads anywhere they are good. They have to be changed more frequently because they can’t hold as much. **Q: How long is the shelf life of this product, is it as good as advertised?** A: Not sure why these would have a shelf life - would last indefinitely in my opinion, just like a diaper would since it’s made out of similar materials. **Q: Can this be used to line the carrier while traveling?** A: I think these would work fine for that.
