It did feel comforting for the few seconds it worked, but the struggle to even attempt to keep this thing on your back automatically makes this thing a big dud. Don't waste your money!

I purchased this product after watching the short video from the manufacturer, showing how the device would expertly maneuver around your back. Unfortunately it doesn't operate this way in reality.
