A: Hi no that isn’t normal. I bought this once too and it was open and dry and unusable. I would not buy from here again. Try Superdrug or Boots or savers. Hope this helps.

**Q: Does it Protect your natural eyelash from mascara**
A: This product in my opinion helps to keep mascara on longer. It doesn't say it protects lashes but it gives a good coating before applying mascara.
