I've been using this fragrance for over 6 years and I can't tell you how many compliments I get from random people who stop me just to say how pleasant the fragrance is. I first purchased the 1.7oz from Nordstrom for about $100. This is the second purchase of HM that I have made on Amazon and the only thing that I can say is that it the delightful smell doesn't seem as concentrated as the first purchase from Nordstrom nor does the scent seem to last as long. Perhaps, my nose is too used to the smell. Sort of like a cigarette smoker not being aware that they reek of smoke, (no offense to smokers) but in this case the smell is "very" pleasant. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Other than the reasons I mentioned - and after years of purchasing expensive department store cologne, this is by far my favorite.
