Includes 6 Medium Flow Pads And A Wet Bag : desertcart.co.uk: Health & Personal Care ## Features - SUPER ABSORBENT - Eco Lily Reusable Sanitary Pads for Medium Flow (25.5 cm) have 3 layers to offer maximum protection: a double layer of ultra-absorbent microfiber, an odour-absorbing bamboo charcoal fleece layer, and an outer layer of waterproof PUL fabric to prevent any leaks from happening. Each set contains 6 reusable pads and a waterproof, zippered pouch with 2 compartments. - COMFORTABLE FIT & FEEL – Our washable sanitary pads and pantyliners are designed to give you a comfortable fit and contain no chemicals or plastic. The bamboo fleece top layer feels weightless & soft against the skin and offers a more natural feel than traditional disposable pads. - WASH CARE: It’s as simple as rinsing your sanitary cloths in cold water after use then adding them to your machine wash with normal detergent. Alternatively you can wash them by hand with warm water and soap. We recommend washing your sanitary pads before first use to activate the absorbency of the fibres. - HOW TO USE: position your period pad in your underwear, fold the wings to the underside & snap together to firmly secure your sanitary pad to your panties. Snug-fitting lycra or cotton underwear with a wider gusset works best when wearing your reusable menstrual cloth pads. - ECO- AND BUDGET FRIENDLY: we’re committed to providing our customers with practical, premium-quality, zero waste products that work. Our zero chemical, washable sanitary towels are not only better for the environment, they’re also budget-friendly and save you money over time. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07PXX3PLB | | ASIN | B07PXX3PLB | | Best Sellers Rank | 9,374 in Health & Personal Care ( See Top 100 in Health & Personal Care ) 63 in Intimate Hygiene Towels | | Brand Name | Eco Lily | | Country Of Origin | China | | Country of origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (6,484) | | Customer reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (6,484) | | Guaranteed software updates until | unknown | | Included Components | Waterproof Wet Bag | | Item Form | Pad | | Manufacturer | Eco Lily | | Manufacturer | Eco Lily | | Manufacturer Part Number | Karcusiny | | Manufacturer reference | Karcusiny | | Material Features | Natural, Reusability | | Material Type | Microfiber, Bamboo Charcoal Fiber, Waterproof fabric | | Material Type Free | Chemical Free, Plastic Free | | Number of Items | 6 | | Package Size Name | 6Pk | | Product Dimensions | 16 x 10 x 13 cm; 230 g | | Reusability | Reusable | | Sanitary Napkin Absorbency | Medium | | Sanitary Napkin Type | Menstrual Pad | | Scent Name | Unscented | | Size | 6 Pk (Medium Flow) | | Style Name | 6 Pk (Medium Flow) | | Unit Count | 6.0 count | | Variety | Medium Flow | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Eco Lily - **Material:** Microfiber, Bamboo Charcoal Fiber, Waterproof fabric - **Material Type Free:** Chemical Free, Plastic Free - **Material feature:** Natural, Reusability - **Reusability:** Reusable - **Sanitary Napkin Absorbency:** Medium - **Sanitary Napkin Type:** Menstrual Pad - **Size:** 6 Pk (Medium Flow) - **Style:** 6 Pk (Medium Flow) - **Unit count:** 6.0 count ## Images ![Eco Lily Reusable Sanitary Pads MEDIUM FLOW - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71rmBOac9kL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Set** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What temperature do i machine wash these on? the box says warm. wha does that mean? 30 degrees celsius? 40 degrees celsius? something else?** A: I've washed them at 30 and 40 degrees Celsius and they haven't been damaged. Came out nice and clean. Just make sure to give them a good pre rinse and scrub in the tub/sink to get any staining out before sticking them into the washing machine. **Q: Is there any visual difference between the medium and heavy flow pads? If I put them all in my drawer, and want to grab the right one quickly.** A: I got only the medium ones because in the heave days I’m using a menstrual cup too so I didn’t need the heavy flow ones. But this time to test them I used the medium flow without cup and they are super absorbing. No issues at all, in my opinion better than the regular pads. I hope someone can solve your question. Have a nice day, Eleia **Q: Where these products ever tested for pfas?** A: Yes, so as I asked this question and they sent me all the info. That's why I use them **Q: Are these made from organic bamboo?** A: No and there only a tiny bit of bamboo inside all that synthetic outer. Synthetic fleece next to skin. Plus slippery synthetic patterned backs. Not eco or hygienic materials at all let alone organic. I bought lots. Deeply disappointed ## Frequently Bought Together - Eco Lily® Reusable Sanitary Pads - Sanitary Towels - Period Pads (6Pk for Medium Flow) – Leakproof Odour-Absorbing Charcoal Bamboo Pads with Waterproof Wet Bag - ZVZK Period Panties Heavy Flow 30ML Women Absorbent Leak Proof Panty Period Pants Menstrual Underwear Briefs Hipster --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/117301267-eco-lily-reusable-sanitary-pads-medium-flow](https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/117301267-eco-lily-reusable-sanitary-pads-medium-flow) --- *Product available on Desertcart Egypt* *Store origin: EG* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
