I had some questions before purchase and they answered within one business day or less which is remarkable these days. Not just for items made overseas but anywhere. Just don't be fooled into thinking you are going to use this to blast a truck frame or any big jobs. It does a good job on small jobs and that is what it is for. Review: It works well if you have the right expectations - I took a chance and ordered this product despite some of the reviews claiming it did not perform well. I ordered the model with the siphon tube and also ordered a small bucket of grit recommended for my type of project (blasting rust off difficult to sand spots on a stainless steel pizza oven).
