I always have had lifting issues with my ibd gel and this has made a dramatic difference. I've used it instead of the regular bonder and did the same process I always have. I used to have lifting on the sides but this eliminated that problem, now if only I could master the end cap technique (without it shrinking out of sight during curing) and I would be golden! Note: I use this with gel nails, not gel polish.
