Great addition to the CARS or PLANES playsets
This is a loved fun addition to extend the many offerings by Pixar CARS or PLANES playsets. You can make an S with this or take apart to put pieces wherever a child decides to use in the playset as they have ALL THE SAME CONNECTION SECTIONS. Great imagination piece. The stickers already are installed on the overhead flag sign piece. My 2 year old grandson pointed to the "green grass" that is nicely painted on the track edge. There are holes along the track edge to add any of the cactus or plant or signage pieces from the playsets. Very reasonable price.Even the 10 and 6 year old had fun with these track pieces.Recommend product.

Wish it worked well with the various story sets instead of certain ones.
My son has collected a few of the Cars Story sets over the years and has noticed that you could connect them together. However, some of them need extra pieces to connect. I saw that this was one of the cheaper sets for extra tracks, so I got it for him. It works ok, and he loves that it has a "finish line". But the patch of green grass on one side of the track sticks out too much to be able to attach these extra pieces to certain sets. It attaches well to one of his launching sets, but the cars do not take the turn well and go flying off. It works well as a track piece, but wish it was a little more versatile with the other story sets.

the Story Sets collection is pretty cool for what it is
While I am not a fan of the PIxar Cars franchise, my son is. Of the Cars merchandise, the Story Sets collection is pretty cool for what it is: a plastic track set. I purchased this for my son to add on to his existing collection. I actually prefer this over the Hot Wheels track since my son is able to create more of an elaborate "storyline" when he plays. I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for the price (even if it wasn't all that pricey): it's plastic and I know a lot of it has to do with the franchise and product licensing, but seriously, it's plastic.

Fun road addition
I brought these to provide more road to our Radiator Springs Story Sets. We needed to spread them out a bit. My son will link two of them together and make an oval track to take with him. All of these link into the Story Sets.

Pretty flimsy track. Didn't work well with MOST of the cars from the movie. That's just silly.
