Review: I LOVE this guitar! - I've wanted a Schecter PT ever since I saw Pete Townshend of The Who play one in their Eminence Front video. I finally got one! This guitar has no weaknesses. It plays easy, very versatile-especially with the coil splitting feature-very durable, stays in tune. I have noticed that it seems to play easier with lighter strings. I use Ernie Ball super slinky #8 strings. But that might just be me. Anyway, I would recommend this guitar to anyone that wants a great guitar for a reasonable price.
Review: Beautiful guitar - Love this guitar. However, mine came with a crack in the finish of the clearcoat on the headstock. Very disappointed! Called to return, instead ended up keeping it because desertcart offered me a discount on the guitar i could not pass up. The guitar sounds great and vibrates throughout the entire neck! Thing looks gorgeous other than the blemish. The selector switch does get in the way when play so be prepared to adjust your playing to avoid hitting it. The guitar sounds and plays like a much more expensive guitar! Good job schecter!

**Q: wich is the manufacturing country?**
A: I think it's Korean made. It's very good quality for the price.

**Q: Why is it called a pt? pete thorn? pretend telecaster? piece o trash?**
A: PT = Pete Townsend from the WHO. It was named PT due to the fact that Pete had high gain humbuckers in his telecaster. This was unusual because telecasters back then always had single coil pickups, but Pete Townsend wanted a harder rock sounding tele so in went the humbuckers. This is one of my fav guitars to play and sounds kick ass. Hope this helps, Frank.

**Q: I just bought this "lefty" guitar but the tone knob is backwards.  All my lefty guitar's tone and volume knobs turn counter clockwise for Max vol/tone**
