Q: has anyone got these to work on a laptop through bluetooth? Skype for Business, Webex, discord?

Not all laptop Bluetooth connections are going to work well. You are best to use a Jabra Link 370 or 380 Bluetooth adapter to connect these to a laptop. These are consumer headphones and those adapters are included with the expensive work version of this headset (evolve2 85). Note that Jabra Link is not officially supported with this consumer headset but jabra forum on Reddit has user confirmations about this working better. Jabra support will reply to any questions with it not being supported.

Adding bluetooth to Windows 10 with a dongle is easy, however every time I reboot it asks to verify the source which is my Android phone; And then it is for either that one time or for as long as a computer isn't shut down again. There are a few of the posts in here but yes it has to do with security issues in Windows 10 for file sharing, audio streams, and Bluetooth push devices. Technically you should be able to connect any Bluetooth device to your Windows 10 machine but you'd have to make sure that it has administrator privileges on Bluetooth install, and the access rights are properly set, after that you're all good.

Q: How is the sound leakage? How loudly can I play music without anyone near me hearing.

I have not had anyone say they could here them at unless you have the set to hear through. And truly you don't have to crank them up to get a good rich sound. I use them on my riding mower and they are great.
