I thought it was extremely CLEVER of the author to have it tell the story this way because the book reads from both the people's view point as well as the animals which shows there is ALWAYS more than one way to understand a story. Love love love. Such a fun book for me to be able to read to her. And also, remember to play "find the monkey" - we always try to spot the monkey wearing the cap first on each page.
