Only advisable if you have very dry skin. My partner uses it daily after showering, it's non greasy and not thick like e45 cream so absorbed quite quickly. Personally it's too heavy for my face to use daily but I use in winter when windy and cold outside. **Q: Is this a great of choice to use on skin after wearing aplaster cast for 6 weeks?** A: I use this for all types of dry damaged skin on the body.
