The red one I have stretched pretty far and it feels sturdy like it won't snap on me. The black one I can't stretch that far but based on the thickness of it I am sure it will hold up fine as well. If you are looking to add a little variety to your training, these would definitely be a good buy. Glad I got these.

Quality: Three of the Bands appear to be constructed from a single piece, but the black band appears to have been a combination of two separate pieces. Seeing this, I was concerned that it would not withstand repetitive use with high stress. So far after three weeks of use, the bands have held up very well. I have only tested them in an air-conditioned room and have not expose them to high heat or very cold environments, but their elasticity has not degraded in any way. Preliminary conclusion: with only 3 weeks of use, it's hard to judge how durable these bands will be in the long run. at this point, I am impressed by the quality and the value of this product at the price point. From a health standpoint, exercise bands can help provide significant gains without a significant time, money, or space investment, and I highly recommend them to anyone trying to improve their mobility.

These are great for resistance training exercise! You can take them anywhere, and the varying thickness of the bands makes them useful for anyone. There are lots of different ways you can use these bands, and they come with a small sheet of paper demonstrating a few of those ways. You can always look online to find more, but the sheet has some good ideas. I have mostly just been using the red and black ones, since those are more resistance, but if you haven't done a lot of work on building up muscle then the green and blue ones would be great to start with and work up to the red and black. The red one I have stretched pretty far and it feels sturdy like it won't snap on me. The black one I can't stretch that far but based on the thickness of it I am sure it will hold up fine as well. If you are looking to add a little variety to your training, these would definitely be a good buy. Glad I got these.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smaller than expected

The bands have a good range of resistance between them all. They are great for beginner leg workouts. The pouch is nice and can fit all of the bands pretty easily and snug, but is on the smaller side. My only 3 qualms with this product: 1. The bands are very small. this limits the workouts that you can do with them. 2. The material that the bands are made from is very... sticky?(not sure if sticky is the right word) In the sens of it picking up lint and hair very easily. 3. Rolling. These bands bunch and roll up very quickly when using them. causing pinching and pulling of your skin and hair. So if you have leg hair, be prepare for that to be ripped out when using these. lol Overall, the product isn't bad. Just takes some adjustments. But if you're looking for more resistance bands with more versatile workout capabilities, this isn't the product for you.
