I have everything configured correctly to the best of my knowledge and following Presonus support's checklist. I'm able to send audio from the mixer to the PC to be recorded just fine, but I get no audio back to the mixer on playback. Granted, this is a pretty big issue not being able to play back my recorded audio. I'm still working to get it resolved but I haven't heard back from Presonus support for 2 days now. Once that's fixed this will be a really solid unit doing everything I need. Hopefully it's something simple and possibly with my PC setup and not the mixer or software itself. If I could make one little change to the mixer, I would add more stereo input pairs. He was seven when he started. Every six to nine months the unit starts to act up and then dies. I try to return it to the company and then it is gone for months and then I get it back and it might run for a month or two more. in the mean time I cannot be down. I have a show to produce every week so I have to go and buy yet another one. Here is the kicker. IT IS A GOOD BOARD when it works so I keep having to buy it. So if you want a good mixer it is great. but if you want it to last. this is not the best solution. Now this new one I bought this week. Is already turning off by itself and it has only been a week. So I gotta go back to tech support and I bet they are going to want me to mail it in again. I can't have downtime.
