Perfect pizza crust
It's pricey but exceptional quality. You can get that extra crispy crust that is in fashion these days. Also good for puff pastry.

Excellent non-stick surface
These are thick enough that they don't bow suddenly with temperature changes, and the non stick surface is excellent - very easy to clean and no sign of damage after sustained use.
