Well packaged, except for cracked red dot sight , which was replace fast at no cost. this weapon cycles accurately out of the box. The mechanics of the assemble is flawless even after 50 shots.Break down and reassembly is precise, but care is needed. Warning EK Archery offers no warranty, There is a card but no mailing address or web based support. Also the bolts or arrows are special 7.5" EK supplied only. The bolts that come with the crossbow are higher quality than the target ones from Germany. There is at this moment no after market replacements bolts I strongly believe the cost is at this time matches the quality. desertcart is the only vendor for North American market. Shipping is faster than expected. This is no toy and has all the capacity as described on Youtube. I personally would buy this again as long as there is future factory support if defective issue appears. Review: Some better how too instructions, but AWESOME. - Came early, very nice, actually AWESOME. Need to use after market "how to assemble" video. Certain parts easy to put together, instructions are mediocre at best. Being partially blind doesn't help. Even with that was able to lock in sight simple adjustments, this is not a toy by any means. If you order though home website you get a laser pointer holder for front included. Very happy. Ready for zombie apocalypse or any burn loot and murder rioters.2 thumbs up. Update: straight out the box, almost prefect needed to adjust a little. NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO THIS. Video for assembly another for adjustment. 😡 Up to 2 date:3/30/25 Still happy 4 and a half years later. Purchased quivers that strap to my thighs, bought multiple packs of bolts. My target looks like a worn out pin cushion. Practice makes perfect (guess I need more practice lol) I'm about 94% at 90ft with 40 shots, that's 94% in the inner yellow to red center,6% minus with my sight limitations? I'll take it (mind you 4 1/2 years of hit and miss, mostly miss) Still happy as day I bought it. New update, love the concept, but reoccurring problem last bolt sometimes ejects out the top. There's not enough weight/pressure to hold the last bolt down. Always WEAR PROTECTIVE GLASSES. You've been warned. ## Features - 15 pieces of 7.5" Carbon Bolts: Kit includes 15 pieces of our enhanced blue vane 100 grain tip carbon bolts. He just posted a youtube video a couple days ago saying that he was upgrading the magazine to fit seven bolts and said they were trying to get it out to produce more as fast as possible. I'm not sure if he is working with this company or if he is indeed connected with this product but it is definitely worth checking out his channel and looking into it for more information. I just finished watching the video and looked back at this page and it looks like the exact same thing and if it really is 'the only one on the market' then I am definitely right. Anyway, worth looking into for yourself. **Q: Will this ever be restocked? Can’t find one anywhere.** A: Add a month to whatever timeline you see here **Q: Can the Adder still shoot the Cobra R9's 15-inch bolts if the magazine is removed (or does it even have to be removed)?** A: I think you can still front load the longer bolts one at a time. **Q: So does this cock on its own or do I still need to cock it I have one arm and want one that cocks itself after I fire it** A: Unfortunately it needs cocking every time ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ well engineered well built high quality materials *by R***R on January 22, 2020* The crossbow was shipped as described. Has everything you need to start and extra bow string and load string. Great bow for beginners and experienced. Pros 1. Relatively small compared to some model. The bow is about one foot long. 2. I haven't worked out in some time, so I wasn't expecting to really be able to cock it on first try. But it was very easy, I would estimate about a 25lb pull to cock it. 3. Extra spare string, includes load string, red dot scope looks cheap but it is what it is. 4. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. 5. Clear and easy-to-use safety trigger. 6. Made it safely from Germany to my address. Cons. 1. Could use a better scope 2. Grip handle Picatinny rail feels weak, I'm afraid I might snap it off when the handle is attached. ## Frequently Bought Together - EK Archery Repeating Adder Crossbow 130 lb Cross Bow with 5 Shot auto-loading Magazine Includes 15 Carbon Arrows Bolts.
