They did worked well with me to get a replacement pretty quickly. I had it in hand within a day or two, which was super impressive. When I first started using the vacuum chamber, it worked pretty well. The pump pulled a good vacuum, and everything seemed solid. But after a while, the seal started failing, and air slowly leaked back in, which was frustrating. The pump itself is fine, but the chamber definitely needs a better seal if you want something long-term. I’m using it for making resin dice, and while it helped reduce bubbles, it didn’t get rid of them completely. I’ve since learned that I actually need a pressure pot for that, so that’s on me. Overall, it’s a decent setup, especially for the price, and the customer service experience was great.
