Worst product and worst customer service by amazon.
I ordered this elica stove four burner from amazon in april 2021 and i received the product like this with one knob broken and leakage from one of the burner.Amazon denied my request for exchange since I contacted them after the exchange period expired by two days and they told me to contact the brand “ELICA” and make a service request.After insisting them a lot elica agreed to send the technician from the nearest city which is 3hrs drive from my place and surprisingly i had to pay 1000rupees for his travel expense and 70rs for the exchanged knob and then 10rupees which the technician said he fixed the leakage problem.the very next day the leakage problem started again and now i am trying to contact this technician since i have his number but he isn’t answering my call or messages.I spoke to amazon customer care they said they can’t do anything and told me to contact “ELICA”.I spoke to elica customer care and lodged a complaint again for the leakage problem but no one has bothered to contact me and update me about the issue.I am extremely disappointed with Amazon service and customer support,and i am extremely disgusted with this so called “ELICA”.I am never going to shop anything from amazon again and i will never ever recommend amazon to my friends,family.I am putting the pictures of broken knob and the leakage issue where the stove is on regardless of the knob being in the off position.
