I'm a shrug person, I wear sleeves all day everyday. When I wake up, I'm wearing something like this on top of a shirt with gloves. I know this type of stuff pretty well, and I'll tell you, this is dangerous.This item is not being advertised. They don't tell you the material on the package, nor on the page to make the purchase. Both of the sleeves came with fabric already beginning to come off of the item, the removal of this 'tag' shows that this item cannot be washed and saved for very long until it breaks unlike the other sleeves that I have.Since it's so thick, it is not cooling, people who are going to use this for heat reduction are going to suffer because of this. That's dangerous as hell! They advertisement also uses stock images that either don't belong to them, or just aren't the right items. For example, this does not cover the top of the back like in the image. This does not feature a thumb hole like in the image.The material is Modal, I had to actually spend 15 minutes just trying to research this. It's basically a more eco-friendly cotton . . . which explains why you don't get a heat reduction from this while outside which it is being advertised in the majority of it's sales. (It's a type of Rayon, 50% more aborption of fluids . . . you will find out this gets wet unlike other materials that are recommended for shrugs. The material is more eco friendly, maybe market this as an eco friendly style than what they're doing now? It's made with beach trees.) It's not super elastic, it's kind of elastic, like, you could make 1 extra inch of space per tug, but it's tight as hell; it is not super elastic. All in all . . . wow, this is a nightmare product, Amazon should probably look into this. Like, how is this not illegal?

I had to return this item because it was about 3 inches too short at my wrists. I don't have longer-than-average arms, so not sure if they just run small.... I have 3 others & this one is definitely made with different material. More of a cotton t-shirt feel than a slippery spandex feel. If you are looking for warmth, this maybe for you! It would keep you warmer than the other spandex ones.

The seam on one of the sleeves split open just a few minutes after I put it on. These sleeves are not cooling like traditional UV sleeves. It felt like wearing a regular long sleeve shirt; it was very hot.

Awesome. Can wear under a short sleeve polo shirt and protect arms from the sun, able to easily later remove without removing shirt. Very versatile, launders well.

Fabric is not bad but the stitching is shoddy and it hardly covers the shoulders. Should have been more generous with the amount of fabric used

I like these products because they provide sun protection and are very comfortable.

Hard to take off if sweating but it really is comfortable and helps block the sun when I’m outside. For me, it’s looser fitting and thin so it’s not too hot wearing it. I hand wash it for longer life. I wear it walking, bike riding and just doing work outside.

Uselessness is the best thing to describe this
