Vogel's bracket
I used this to tuck a 32" flatscreen TV into an alcove. We pull the screen out when we want to watch, and push it back when we've finished. It pulls out a full 35cm or more, and has a few degrees of rotation to angle it into the room. We have it set high so it liberates the space underneath for other stuff. It seems expensive but this is a very good piece of kit, well made, substantial, and around 1/3 cheaper here than buying retail.

Easy to use and reliable
I was looking for a product that would allow the TV to be unseen when not using it but pulled out and moved up/down side to side when we were. This does exactly that. It is robust and gives confidence that the 32" TV is not going to fall off the wall. My only comment is that the instructions to how to install - floored me - but my neighbour had no problems putting it up for me.

Solid good quality, poor to average instructions
This is a well made, solid piece of kit but it is expensive. It comes with pictorial set-up instructions that are not always the easiest to follow. The images clearly indicated smaller diameter and shorter holes for the two bottom "wall screws" - but all 4 wall plugs and screws are big and the same size. The suggested hole depth 85 mm seems excessive - but the 10 mm diam seems skimpy for the size of the plastic wall plug . But if like me you have 1.5 cm plasterboard and a small gap then the bricks, depth was about right. I bored a 10mm hole 80 mm and then enlarged the bit through the plaster to 12 mm - inserted the wall plug and hammered it in to the brick with the aid of a partly screwed in screw. Biggest issue was the paper template - luckily I checked it against the holes in the bracket - they did not line up correctly, so I positioned the template over the top two holes and drew new marks for the two bottom holes onto the template. Also, it is not made clear that there are a multitude of bolts that you won't need - I presume these are for different types of TV - I used 4 of the smallest ones. but I have an assortment of 26 others left over! The instructions for fitting the TV & Plate onto the bracket are quite confusing until you realise that the hole in the TV plate is threaded - for one end of the double ended bolt. For some reason there is only one washer in the pack so I had to find a an assortment from my shed to for the other bolt as without a washer it does not tighten up onto the plate. The two arms from the wall only pull out - there is no lateral turning movement here (which is a pity for such a well made piece of kit). Thus for lateral twist you are totally reliant on the 120 degree rotation at the end of the arm ( 60 degrees in either direction and not adjustable). I would have liked most of the rotation to take place to one side so that someone sitting along the side wall could rotate the TV and see it. I only need a small rotation to the other side (it would have been great if this arc of rotation could have had some kind of adjustment to re-centre it). Up down movement is quite good. Although I have not tucked them in yet, there does not seem to be a lot of room for cables. Other reviews suggest only room for power cable, and coax and HDMI.I only gave it 4 stars because of the error in the template end the slight problems setting it up - otherwise it is as it says on the box. My criticisms are for the manufacturer to take away and make a more adjustable model.

Not monkey metal! , grand design, brilliant design execution & well conceived product
Being an early adopter of LCD & Plasma TV's we found t(back then) there weren't that many makes to choose from where quality wall brackets were concerned, let alone ones that allowed more than a modicum of movement, & having worked in the audio industry was always impressed with the quality, weight & design of Vogels products, including the 10 year warranty & the substantial wall bolts supplied. The wall bolts inspire confidence as to overall support & movement in a controlled, non jerky manner, so impressed with our 1st bracket we've subsequently purchased 3 more for varying sized TV'sSet up is effortless as the guide is substantial & typically includes a paper stencil as to where to drill in order that you are not having to support the hefty metal bracket itself when trying to align & install as a diy'er.I approached the first (& smallest with some trepidation) ..I needn't have worried it was simple, 4 bolts in the solid brick wall, check for alignment, tighten equally & fit the plastic covers...The second bracket for a big tv was up in 15 minutes with assistance from my other half.Don't think you can get away with using a battery drill, you'll be needing a decent corded electric drill to fit the suitably named "wall anchors"Worth the extra money spent on the assurity that it's not monkey metal like so many generic brands, & therefore it won't shear & drop on the head ((kill)) a loved one.Remember the more you wish to move a tv outward the more pressure it has to take stretched, not to mention being man-handled by us in order to get the right viewing angle, so invest in quality where it counts!wholeheartedly recommended brand, complete with excellent UK support!

Sehr solide
Sehr solider Wandhalter. Leicht zu montieren. Punktabzug wegen umständlicher Einstellung der Neigungsbremse mittels Inbusschlüssel. Schlecht zugänglich und fummelig. Das könnte man viel besser lösen!

Empfehlenswerte Wandhalterung
