I'm not sure how they are different.** A: buttery sweet dough is more generally nutty and with a hint of citrus. princess flavoring has a very acidic almond like flavor to it that's otherwise hard to describe. They are actually very different. **Q: The picture you are using today is only 4oz, but is listed as 16oz. Which is it for?** A: I have purchased both the 4-ounce (for just under $6) and the 16-ounce (about $19). They also sell a gallon-size container. The picture shows the 4-ounce bottle.
