Pretty much a 3 pin fan connector with only the 2 pins for positive and negative.
I needed a weird little 2 pin connector. This is the size of a 3 pin connector but with only two wires running to two pins. I pried open the plastic on it and my little connector still fit in a weird way and my fan is working again. Would probably work with the proper connection on the other end too!

Addressing some reviews IMPORTANT NOTES
So, someone mentioned this runs fans slower… This is because this is a 5v connection instead of a 12v, that fans generally run on. So it’s receiving much less power.2nd the 2-pin thing people mention is just ignorance. The third pin on 3-pin fans tells the pc what rpm the fan is spinning at, it’s largely irrelevant, and if it’s not connected it will not affect anything.

It works
It works well but has a very low total power ceiling so some fans will be unable to reach higher speeds

This thing has 2 pins, it is not even 3 I don't even know if 2 pin fans exist.

Doesn't supply enough power
PWM fans don't work with this, it did power a regular Phanteks chassis fan but it was so slow that it was pretty much negligiable. Look for a full-speed 12v converter instead.
