## Overview

The ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is a 14-inch diameter, lightweight PVC wobble board designed to improve core strength, balance, and posture. ## Description

The ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is a fun, versatile tool for personal trainers, group fitness instructors, Pilates instructors, physical therapists, or anyone who wants to improve their balance and core strength. This lightweight, portable disc creates an unstable surface that can be used for a variety of purposes such as standing balance exercises, seated or kneeling Pilates core workouts, or prone movements like planks and push-ups. It can also be used as a seat cushion for both adults and children. One side features small bumps to provide traction and grip, while the other has more tactile, flexible raised bumps for a massaging effect. The disc may be used on either side, according to your preference. The stability disc is 14-inches in diameter and approximately 3-inches high, depending on how much you inflate it (not to exceed 5”). It comes with a hand pump so you can inflate it according to your needs and comfort level. Great to have on hand at gyms as well as at home for strengthening, balance and therapy exercises you can do anywhere. Comes in 6 colors.

Review: Yoga Balls for balance training - Bought two of these yoga balls to help with balance and I love them. They are sturdy and help a person to learn to keep their balance. There is a smooth side and a raised nubby side. I use both balls or discs together. The smooth side teaches you to learn your balance and the nubby side helps feet release tension and also helps with balance. As an older adult, I find that keeping your balance is quite important and these help train you to do that. Don't put a lot of air in the ball/disc as you want it a little soft not hard. Once you can stand on them using two balls, then try standing on one ball with both feet. These are fun to use for any age.
Review: Reliable, Durable and Great for both kids and parents - As a parent of three young children—two of whom are neurodivergent—I’ve tried several balance discs to support sensory regulation and posture improvement, and the ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is one of the 2 brands that I think have comparable quality that I purchased from desertcart. The quality is excellent—the material is sturdy and well-made, and it holds up really well to daily use. I appreciate that it comes with a pump and is easy to inflate and adjust based on how firm or wobbly we need it to be. My kids use it for sensory input and to help with focus during seated activities. My youngest also uses it with her physical therapist to improve core strength and muscle tone. It’s been especially helpful for posture and sensory regulation. I also love using this disc for my own home workouts—it's great for balance training, core exercises, and even as a seat cushion to encourage better posture while working. Highly recommend this for families looking for functional, versatile tools that support both kids and adults in staying active and regulated!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality Stability Disc; Poor Quality Pump
*by A***R on May 26, 2026*

The disc trainer itself is nice quality and has held up over time. The pump is very poor quality and lasted under a year of infrequent use. When evaluating the price, factor in the cost of a new pump if you don’t already own one.
