I've noticed the photo in the preview says POLY but the description does not, could you confirm?** A: Not sure what synthetic fibers your are looking to dye but this indicates it works on 100% polyester of nylon. For blends with natural fibers, it recommends using it mixed with a traditional dye package made for natural fibers. (Silk, cotton, rayon, and linen. **Q: Do you need to use a fixative?** A: You don't need to, I actually believe that it comes with one, but it helps. **Q: Will this dye a nylon/polyester blend?** A: It will but it will a very light color. For instance black dye would get you a gray color. Blended fabric just doesn't dye well. **Q: Would this work to intensify color of an acrylic scarf?** A: In my experience, no- at least not the color that is advertised. My dye was supposed to produce Kelly Green on my acrylic fabric.
