**Q: What is frustration free packaging?**
A: the box the fire truck came in was one of the open sided boxes (where you can touch the truck inside) which was packed in a large Amazon box with no packaging around it so the truck wasn't protected. I think that caused a piece on the truck to break.

**Q: What is the difference between bruder man fire engine and bruder man tga fire engine? Do both pump water?**
A: TGA is the truck model used by MAN--I think all of the Bruder MAN trucks are a TGA.

**Q: How tall is the latter?**
A: It is 35 1/2" tall from from the floor to a fully extended and upright ladder.    I bought this for my two year old son (now 3) for Christmas last year.  Despite being a completely plastic toy is has not broken yet.  Well made for a plastic toy.  It's a good toy - very pleased with it.  I would buy it again.

**Q: I see the kid in the video pushing the car, do you need to push it for it to move? does it move on his own or with batteries? does it go back forth**
A: The wheels on this truck roll great. If you give it a push it rolls. It goes backwards too.  It is a manual toy. No remote control.  Helps child develope imagination.  It's an awesome truck.  My son got this last year for Christmas and still loves it. He also has the crane and garbage truck. Bruder rocks!
