I used the unit twice. The plastic cap on the end of the cone broke. The metal nozzle had enough play in it to rub the the metal cone wearing the metal nozzle causing lots of friction and finally not letting the inner nozzle spin any longer. I could not find any plastic ends to purchase nor could I find any parts at all for this brand. I purchased Tornador brand Parts. I recommend spending the money from the beginning and buying the Tornador brand. Mine has now cost me just as much.Update, Tornador parts do not fit this make. I returned all items and purchased the Tornador. Wow, don’t waste your time on anything else but the name brand Tornador. Worth every penny in many ways!!

I use this all the time in my detailing business and I'm finding more and more uses for it. It does use a decent amount of air so be aware of that. I have a 20gal air compressor in my detailing trailer and it kicks on quite a bit while I'm using this tool. I've found that 75 to 90 psi works best. I've used it for a month or so now and it's been amazing. Highly recommended

First, this works great. I’ve found many uses. But, the reservoir falls out. The threads aren’t tight enough to hold it and I’ve dropped and then spilled a full batch of water and detergent a few times. I either have to hold it or fix it up with tape or zip tie. Mostly I’ve just held it. Not very convenient.

This tool is a must have for anyone who wants a showroom without spending hours. It’s a little different at first but once you get used to it and aren’t scared of the water, you’ll be able to get into all the cracks. Works amazingly and much cheaper than some others.

Used it to get rid of a few bad smells and stains off of our family SUV and was impressed by how well it works.

This tool is amazing! I ordered it really just to detail the hard to reach areas not knowing what to expect.... our detail department was skeptical of what it could do, but after the first day of use it proved to be amazing! It saves SO much time and almost eliminates the need for our extracting machine. Truly an amazing tool and would have purchased YEARS ago if I knew it could work so well.

This product way better than I was expecting, it shipped very quickly and it works even quicker. It came with a free gift as well.
