Poor design
Design has a big floor in it there is no protection for the inside tubes that the handles slot into first time of using baggage handlers dropped case on a 90 degree hard edge as a result bending the tubes there by not allowing me to extend the handles we we in Canada at the time contact amazon told me to send it back that was 2 weeks ago I'm still waiting for me refund and the cost of shipping DO NOT BUY

Faulty and no idea how to return them.
Absolute rubbish. Don’t buy. 2 of the pieces were faulty. On one of the pieces the handle wouldn’t go back down. That was the first time I used it the day before travel. Nightmare. The other the badge was missing. Now I’m stuck with them as I can’t figure out how to return them.

we just went to usethe big case and found the expandable handle for pulling would not release on inspecting inside the case there is a dent i dont know if thats the cause but ime not happy with this product and i cant find where to apply for a replacement on amazon site
