Great Antenna Mount
I looked forever to find a decent antenna mount for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler and this was perfect for my GMRS radio antenna. The supplied mounting screw didn't fit the JL, I suspect it fits a JK or TJ but I had one to use so not a big deal to me.

Excellent Mount
This is very sturdy and easy to mount. Just one existing bolt on my Jeep is removed and reinstalled with this mount.

Needs a few things!
This antenna mount was installed on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The price is better than Rugged Radio’s price for the same item. The mount seems sturdy, my Midland “Ghost” antenna fit perfectly on the mount. There are a few things to consider. First, the bolt that comes with the package is considerably short, it will not screw on to the vehicle. Secondly, there is no protective barrier between the metal mount and the jeeps paint. To fix this issue I went to my local hardware store and picked up a longer bolt and plastic flange sheet. Still working great.

Only thing missing is a rubber strip, where the bracket meets the car's paint
It does what it's supposed to do on my JK Jeep Wrangler. Goes on using the existing screw on the Jeep. The only modification I made (which I'm surprised it didn't come with) was putting a rubber pad between the bracket and the paint on the Jeep, to keep it from scratching, or otherwise wearing the paint off.Other than that, it was a perfect fit, and very easy to install.

Well-placed and solid
I used this on my JK with an NMO mount VHF/UHF antenna. I very much like the placement of the mount for a few reasons. The cable slides right into the gap in the cowling, making it essentially invisible. When driving the antenna is mostly hidden behind the pillar, and the top of my 37-inch antenna very closely matches the top of the AM/FM radio antenna on the other side (and fits under the garage door).I used a step drill bit with max diameter 3/4-inch to enlarge the hole for the NMO mount. But due to the thickness of this metal bracket, the mount didn't just slide in easily. I had to use a file to enlarge the hole just a little, and then it went in.One frustration is that the bracket is 90-degrees but the body (JK at least) isn't vertical. I had to bend the bracket by about 4 degrees in a vise so that the antenna is vertical when mounted.I used some leftover soft tool box drawer liner between the bracket and the body to not scratch the paint.

Do not buy this product
I purchased this for my Jeep JL. The bolt that came with it was the wrong size, I had to purchase a separate bolt. And there were no spacers or padding to protect the paint on the Jeep. The hole where you mount the antenna was larger than necessary, but the spacing of the hole was too close to the vehicle side. This meant that the Midland Ghost Antenna I was mounting pressed up against the upper bracket and I wasn’t able to get a good signal due to not having a good ground. I tried to make it work, but ended up purchasing another brand that worked perfectly. I purchased the GLOBLED Antenna Mount, it’s great!

Will need your own hardware for JL models
The mount itself is sturdy for the midland ghost antenna and the design is well thought of. They also provide a foam piece so that the actual mount doesn’t come in contact with the paint. The only thing is that the included hardware will not fit the Jeep JL models. The screw is way too long. I tried using the existing screw but with the thickness of the mount and the foam backing, the screw was a bit too short to bite the thread. Luckily I had spare T40 hex screw that ended up being the perfect size to secure the mount. I would recommend the company to provide a couple of screw sizes to fit different models.

2014 JK - did not use enclosed hardware
Used for weBoost OTR antenna. I used on the passenger side. On the driver side, it looks like it encroaches on the door opening. It doesn’t, so if you do install on driver side, just to be sure, test the swing of your door before tightening down. I used the Jeep ratchet included with my jeep and used my existing bolt from the jeep. This comes with a round rubber like gasket to protect your paint. I’m not sure what the enclosed bolt fits onto unless you drill into the body. And, I wouldn’t use that bolt for that. Works great for what I am using it for and was easy to install. Maybe took 5 minutes or so.

Needs modifications to be useable
The mount is generally good, made of steel and well painted. However, as noted by many reviews, the supplied hardware will not fit a JL Wrangler and you will need to source your own. Also, for Australian users of UHF radios, some of the more popular brands will have antennas that have large bases (e.g. GME). The mounting hole's position does not leave enough room to fit the antenna base and you will need a step-drill to widen it away from the vertical face of the mount. To protect your vehicle's paint, you will also need to source your own rubber pads to stick between the mount and the cowl.
