Review: Great system for multiple paint materials! - Some YouTubers say this isn't the best spraying gun, not great for clear, ect ect. My opinion is a little different. The spray pattern when you dial it in is Nice. It sprays Nice and it does the job with all the advantages I mentioned before. The nozzles are supposed to last a long time if you clean them, and I will be. And heres a big tip if you are not in a Big Shop. Lauco sells an adaptor to convert from the very expensive 3m pps 2 to the original pps and all its affordable options... like Harbor Freight. I ordered one at the same time I ordered the gun. Yeah, its one more thing to keep clean. Saving money on those cups, tho. This is going to be the only compressor spray gun I use. Might as well sell all my others. If I want "show car" finish I know how to cut n buff. I also use the Apollo 7700 spray gun and have a turbine system that I like very much and use often!

**Q: 13 cfm is over the top for a minimum requirement...what would happen if I only had 8 cfm?**
A: Hi Jeffrey! Thank you for your question. The 3M 26778 Performance Spray Gun needs at least 13 cfm in order to spray properly. Lower cfm, paint may sputter and inconsistent spraying.

**Q: Is there any way to use a non 3m disposable cup. Bought this and didn’t realize 3m is different than most other styles, which gets super expensive.**
A: 3m style only.

**Q: My compressor is 5.4 scfm at 90 psi. What would the scfm be at 30 psi after the regulator? Or is that even the right way to think about it?**
A: I can't say what your compressor will make at 30 psi. I have a compressor that makes 14 cfm at 90psi and it was barely able to supply enough air for this gun.

**Q: For the 3m pps 2.0 nozzles, cups (liners) & lids the same for the pressure cup gun & the gravity fed gun??? thanks**
