I am a bigger guy with a 'long oval' face and so a lot of face shields that are integrated into helmets (my powers helmets for instance) leave my chin exposed to flying debris....this solves the problem and is pretty comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. I had to buy some foam ear plugs as I can't use my regular cans but given that it actually saved my eye that is a minor annoyance - far more than being blind in one eye!
